My parents' birth certificate are not moral?
We (my mom, dad, brother, and I) are US citizens trying to immigrate to Canada under the Canadian Experience Class (my dad has 7 years work experience in Canada and my bro and I hold done most of our schooling here). So we are trying to apply for PR now. The problem is this... both my mom and dad have birth certificates that my dad fears will not be customary. My mom was born in a small village contained by India (home birth) and therefore has no legal birth authorization. My dad was born in a hospital but his birth certificate does not contain his autograph! When they got their US passports, they had to have endorsement of birth from their parents (their mothers only because both of my grandfathers are no longer with us). However, this is a problem now as our relatives live contained by India and it may be difficult to get verifications of birth. I am wondering how we can possibly still apply for permanent residence to Canada under the Canadian Experience Class near this problem in mind.
I was thinking that they could just attach the birth certificate they do have, and provide written explanations as to the problems I outlined above. My brother and I have completely legal, conventional USA birth certificates.
Thank you for your help.

Check with the Canadian Embassy. Your parents passports should suffice
If someone simply cannot obtain a document, the situation could be explained at the consulate. At least in the U.S., this is how it works, I don't know around Canada. Their passports should verify their identity in this case but you should contact the Canadian Consulate because this is a special situation.
For Canadian immigration or PR you family doesn't entail birth certificates at all. Their passport are suffices for this purpose.
But in a worst baggage scenario I know its possible to get post date Birth certificate from the local municipality office contained by India. So Your parents can still arrange the BC's if really needed. Source(s): http://www.cic.gc.ca/
