who sponsors the work permit? is it a employer?.. if I was granted by a employer a working permit.. within new zealand.. and the contract is 3 years... working for this employer.. do i have the right to change my employer.?? i freshly work for my employer.. for one year.. i did not finish the contract.. if i do can i still use my working permit with another employer.?? or not? or my working permit cannot be use anymore.. make happen i did not agree with the agreement with my employer? im from the philippines.. pls help.. if answer pls support it by sites to follow up your answers thank you

The work permission is sponsored by that specific employer, and if you leave that employer, you have to leave the country inwardly 30 days. If you were to find another employer, you would have to go rear legs to your home country and have the new employer apply to sponsor you for a new visa.
