L2 EAD renewal : requesting extra evidence?
My biometrics is over and then after 11 days i receive a mail saying ...we mail a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this bag I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and brand name a decision on the case, you will be notified by letters. i am still waiting for the letter to come by post. Just wondering .. what they might ask . I am on a dependent L2 visa and have a EAD . My visa expires in december 2009 and I have applied for renewal as my previous EAD expires April 25 2009 . Pls help me undersatnd

I wouldn't get too worried, they probably want any (or all) of the following:
1: New photographs
2: Copy of your L-1 spouse's I-94 and visa stamp
3: Copy of your marriage licence
That last one has been a honestly common request recently and it has caught some applicants by surprise.
You'll probably enjoy 30 days to gather the documents which should be plenty of time.
