If America is a nation of law, should immigration law be enforced? If not later why?
Please inform me how illegal immigrants benefit the average American or American society in nonspecific?

Well, I am a big advocate of getting ILLEGAL aliens out of our country... Then letting them apply for legal citizenship. I don't believe that just because their kids are born contained by this country, that they should allow the family to stay. They should deport them and let the child apply for citizenship when they are 18...just approaching most other countries in the world do!
The only benefit I can see to them being here, is that we spoiled citizens don't have to do jobs that we believe are beneath us, for pay that we don't believe is ample. Do I believe that's a good reason to keep them here? NO...We call for to get back to the basics and start accepting that we are spoiled and call for to get our hands dirty with those "minial jobs" (no, I don't meditate they are minial, but many people do).
I don't think we can address problems next to health care and education short this huge burden being fixed. Get the illegals out and THEN look at our health care system and integer out if our schools are as overcrowded as we think. I believe that a lot of those issues will be smaller quantity troublesome. It will allow us to figure out what we AMERICANS can do to fix what really is broken.

John McCain not allowed to be president but he supports big business so he is allowed to run. Illegal immigration gives big business cheap labor and keeps wages down so wicked immigration is allowed. Children born to foreign citizens are not allowed citizenship but it brings in cheap labor to help big business so they pass them citizenship. Do you see a trend here? Yes and they are, its not uncommon to hear about raids and associates been deported left and right plus you never hear this but there are TONS and TONS of citizens that never even get in and/or die trying. Why is it that you see "sooo many criminal immigrants" ? well this has to do with the cost and benefit of enforce laws, you should know that there is an optimal amount of crime, I know it sounds odd but here is how it works, the cost of hiring, logistics and anything surrounding regulation enforcement is high, this is why people get away near petty theft, loitering, speeding, etc... you just CANT get them adjectives the same principal applies to Immigration.
