What are the subsequent steps once my husband is approved for a K-3 visa and is surrounded by the U.S?
My husband has his interview next week with the America Embassy for his K-3 visa. Once he is approved what is the subsequent step once he gets to the U.S?
Any information about his interview or next steps is so appreciated!

i can answer the question about what to do, once he gets surrounded by the US.
he has 90 days to marry you;

the interview is to make sure you two have a unadulterated relationship, proof of letters, calls ,where you met? how long ago?
question about anything that has to do with your relationship,
and in the region of the attorney? since you willingly hired the attorney? there is nothing the USCIS can do;
sorry ..
Well, the first answer has confused the difference between a K-1 and a K-3. The K-1 is for fiances and the K-3 is for the spouses of US citizens. Essentially, if your husband enter on a k-3, he will have to have an adjustment hearing next to USCIS once they've actually adjudicated and approved the I-130 immigrant petition. However, it's very intricate to predict how long that will take. A K-3 visa is normally valid for 2 years, but USCIS has be known to take longer than that as their backlogs can be incredibly long depending on where you'll live together. At least he will be able to live and work legitimately while you wait. That's the good news on using a K-3. The discouraging news is that the wait can be quite long and within the end, much longer than it would have taken had he come surrounded by on the immigrant petition.
I go through the same thing, paid a bunch of money for something that I could own done in 3 / 4 hours.
But anyway, go to www.immihelp.com or www.visahourney.com, lots and lots of FREE information, including how to report him.
