How do i petition for alien wife contained by the u.s.a?
i married my alien wife in the u.s and i want to know what form i need to petition her??

Gee! Is she in the US now? How did she enter the US? When did she enter the US? Does she own a current visa? What is it? Can you give us a little more information? This like asking us what her first mark is!
you can go to the uscis website and it tells you all the forms you stipulation to petition for her....it is about 9 diff forms and cost about 1400 total. just type contained by the search/faq there and type "petition for alien spouse"

If she entered thew US legitimately and is still here then all you need to do is apply for Adjustment of status. If she be here legally and has since returned to her own country you will need to petition for her. If she come here without inspection, i.e. illegally there is nil you can do. She would have to go back to her own country and while you could petition for her the petition would be denied at the interview stage due to her not permitted presence here. It would then be up to you to prove hardship to yourself if she was prohibited to join you and you were forced to go live within her country.
