My employer want to apply on my behalf the petition and would like to know from which date to what date? how much is present quota?

If your application reaches on the first 4 days of April 2009 you have a accident. Present quota is 65000- thousand . It comes down to lottery if too many people try for 65000 numbers. If you have US master scope you have slightly better chance.
