I think this point is what creates profusely of resentment against illegals. You almost feel like a sucker for being a U.S. citizen. If I lie and transport my kid to another district's school, I can be found out 30 different ways. But with illegals, they can lie, fabrication, and lie ('Send the bill to J Gonzales, 1 Main Street, Anytown, California'), and no one can hold them to any obligations. And, insult to injury, I can't even catch away with drug dealing or other crimes, because only illegals can get that freebie.
