GreenCard: The card be mail to the out-of-date address and I don't know what to do?
Someone I know used to live in California and applied for immigration while living there. Since the process took a while, the person moved to Nevada.
The green card be mailed to the old address because the person forgot to report for address change.
What forms does the person need to spread to obtain the green card?

They should call the USCIS 1-8OO-375-5283 (I know its a pain). Your friend should have his I-485 account notice handy as he will need his I-485 receipt number and Alien#.
Check the USCIS website satchel tracking (they can plug in their I-485 receipt notice) and it will verify that the card has be returned to the USCIS (it will say something like "The notice we hold sent was returned undeliverable....").
Also, complete the Form AR-11 change of address form, which they can do online at the USCIS website.
Addition: Okay, so it looks like you hold called and CIS told your friend they don't have it. You should do two things, and both are not pretty. First, your friend should file an I-90 which is the application for a strange card (this can take several months to process). Second, they should go to a local USCIS office (make an appointment via Infopass) and bring near them their I-485 approval notice and/or receipt notice. They should know how to get a temporary green card stamp in their passport valid for 6 months.
A amendment of address would help. File one with Immigration and Naturalization. If he knows that the Green Card is contained by California, and who has it, have that person messages it to Nevada.
