who i need to talk to about an immigrant who have passed citizenship test who married to get visa and has be sending money back to homeland and changed name to do this.Sounds illegal to me..Please aid me for this person needs to be turned in.

Then yes your concern that she might be swindled/con etc etc is justifiable. Turned in for what exactly? Passing citizenship means the party is a citizen, whether they married for a Visa is redundant at this point and how would one know that. Changing your name and sending money is not illegal I am wondering why it is any ones business?
