I didn't know that my employment authorization card have expired?
I am stupid.
I didn't know that my employment authorization card has expired.
I thought my employment authorization card was valid for a year but it was 10 months I didn't know it for 2 months.
Now I'm outside of the US but when I reenter to the US, would it be a problem?

Answers:
You need visa, not employment card to enter US. At US port, they only look for a valid visa in your passport.
Assuming that you have a visa to work, you are not required to present the EAD card to a Homeland Security officer. You can go on www.uscis.gov and swarm out /print the I-765 to renew your card. Source(s): uscis.gov
You will be showing any a visa, greencard or Advance Parole if you are still in the process of Adjusting your status to be admitted back here contained by the US.Your Employment Authorization is only as far employment is concerned here and not for travelling outside the US.
