Can i return with adopt by my uncle contained by the U.S.? i am currently an immigrant from colombia?
I would like to get adopted by my uncle who resides here contained by NJ, because i would love to go to college here, i've already been accepted to several colleges, but adjectives i need is to stay here legally. My uncle said that he would adopt me if he can, ....well can he? i am 17 yrs outdated and about to graduate highschool
