I'm an MBA in marketing and currently working for an BPO as an Assistant Manager. i want to know the procedure, fees and duration and hel me if you know someone who helps people surrounded by procuring the Work Permit.

Status: right now on L1B from X employer,working in US, want to change job and join Y employer. Can my L1B visa be transferred, thus making me a legal employee of Y? Also, if yes, what is the procedure? L1Bs are for one company alone....
