I-131 or travel security document?
We tried to check our case status online with the case reception number (MSC-08-311-12600) provided by USCIS, but the problem is the case receipt number was not identified in their system although we have a notice indicating we hold filed for that permit? We are wondering what is the status of our case? Please support me! Thank you and we appreciate any help in this matter!

USCIS is customarily delayed in updating their system so give it time.If you are really worried you can make an Infopass appointment to inquire in the order of your application.The procedure on how to make an Infopass appointment is in the USCIS website.Normally, AP is processed from 2-3 months.
Try calling them; or try entering it without the dash!
