If I become a Canadian citizen, can my husband from Albania come rightfully into Canada to be next to me?
I'm a US citizen, my husband is not. How long would it take for me to become a Canadian citizen through dual citizenship? What are the requirements? Can my husband come to canada and gain immediate citizenship bc of me having it?

If you want to move to Canada, you must apply as permanent resident, afterwards you can sponsor your husband. Check if you qualify for Canadian visa
Why don't you sponsor him for US green card?
It is really no easier for you to immigrate to Canada than it is for him, not unless you have some claim to automatic Canadian citizenship like a Canadian parent. If you do, then you can sponsor him to Canada, take in most cases less than a year for him to get eternal residency.
If you don't but you want to immigrate to Canada, you are subject to the same rules as everybody else. You or your husband would have to find an immigration program that one of you qualifes for and then you can apply together as a couple and both draw from permanent residency and after you live there for 3 years, you can apply for citizenship.
