No, Canadian work permits are hard to come by. Your best bet would be to try and immigrate as a Skilled Worker.

You can read the requirements and bring the test here,(http://cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skill... to find out if you would qualify. You would need to work in a pen that needs workers in Canada. The process takes anywhere from 2-5 years and you also enjoy to have quite a bit of money in command to qualify. You would need to score at least a 67 on the question paper, and have $10,601 Canadian in savings, by the time your application is in place to be sent in, on top of the application fees (over $2k).
If you don't meet the requirements for skilled worker you can see if you can find a company that will hire you. This can be difficult, because they hold to prove that they cannot find a qualified Canadian for the job.
