How easier said than done is it to become a Resident of France if I am Australian and My husband is Canadian?

Yes as long as they can prove they are here legally. Your marriage have to be registered contained by India. In case you are from different religions it has to be under special matrimonial act.

I understand that foreigners cannot just turn up and buy a business but they can open a unsullied business in the USA that will in turn give more Americans job and after seven years it must be sold (not necessarily to an America) but sold on and the seven year business...
