Many were sent pay for because they didn't have sufficient job skills and lacked the dexterity to provide for themselves. Many were also sent back because of health issues.
Illegal immigrant were deported instead of receiving housing assistance.
Illegal immigrant were deported instead of unloading free education for their children and free lunches in taxpayer funded public schools.
Illegal immigrant couldn't get jobs because the laws against hiring them be enforced.
Illegal immigrants didn't have "sanctuary cities" were immigration law were ignored and they were aided contained by breaking the law.
Legal immigrants, despite the fact that they didn't receive unconditional welfare benefits, worked very hard to establish themselves as AMERICANS. They learned English. They didn't emergency that all government documents be printed in German or Polish or Russian or Gaelic, or any other expressions. Their children were only taught contained by English in the public schools. The prided themselves in mortal Americans, not Irish-Americans, or German-Americans, or Italian-Americans - just plain Americans. They were an asset to their country, not a parasitic infestation.
