For example, I'm and Indian and my parents came here to look for a better life. So when India becomes a Super power will various of the foreign Indians be returning because India will have a good life. Also most indian associates don't sell their house and other stuff to move to another country, so this mean that they could easily settle subsidise in India.

Some will. But a lot of second generations immigrants will not want to check out of the place they grew up. For example, most of the indians who moved to Africa in the last century have not returned to India even though India's discount is doing better.
Yes India is unhurriedly improving so i believe someday they will be a superpower. Indians generally do good within any county they go. Here in the USA Indian Americans have the uppermost median income and the highest educational qualifications. So i believe masses will return to their home country.
yes india will become a superpower and overtake china and usa, just hang around and see. once that happens, not only indians but also several foreigners will flock to india in scrabble of better life. In fact this is already starting to happen in a minute - I see loads of foreigners in Bangalore who are looking for good Software jobs here.
