Any contradiction destiny after getting Medical & RPRF clearance request - Canada Immigration?

Applied for Canada Immigration,
1) Any cancellation chance after getting Medical & RPRF payment request - Canada Immigration.
2) After Visa stamping in How much time you have to go Canada.
Answers:
Canada is a beautiful country.
1) Cancellation for what? You could simply not pay the fees and not receive your status if you don't want to become a resident.

2) After you receive your visa you have 1 year to land (or however long it tell you on your landing visa. It will have an expiry date on it) After landing you have to remain in Canada 2 years out of every 5.

EDITED TO ADD: If they own requested your RPRF, you have been approved, and all they are waiting for is your final allowance. There is no way they will deny you after this point. If you had sent in your RPRF back they requested it, then yes you could still be denied, based on decision they made on your application. By them requesting it, it ability your application is essentially finalized. If you are applying the spousal route, spouses cannot be denied based on the results of their medical.

I don't get it. First you applied and consequently must have waited for so long and now at the finale you want to withdraw/cancel the case. Well its upto you. Your requested information is as follows:

1. Yes you can cancel or withdraw your overnight case anytime before visa getting stamped on your passport. But there will be no refund (as per my information or you can articulate my understanding.

2. Your visa will be valid for one year from the date of your medical examination. And usually its 8 months to a year depending on the security clearance.

Regards.
1) You could get cancelled if your medicals are not approved but that would be more or less the only reason if they've asked you to pay the RPRF already.

2) The visa is usually valid for a year after the date of your medical. You have to "land" in Canada within that time. If you are ill-equipped to move to Canada yet, you can leave again after you land. A PR of Canada is allowed to be outside Canada for up to 3 out of every 5 years and still hold their PR.
you MAY still be denied even after you pay the RPRF and do the medical, it all depends on your surroundings check.

The $500 administration fee is non-refundable. The medical fee is also NON-refundable - that go to the doctor, not to CIC.

The RPRF fee of $475 will be refunded if you are denied.

there is NO guarantee that you will be approved until you acquire the landing letter requesting you to be at CIC office on a certain date to be land. (inside application)

If you get asked to send your passport to the embassy for the visa to be attached, the expiry date is one year from the date your last medical exam be passed at CIC. (outside application), Source(s): PR in Canada - BTDT
