I Need A Green Card To Live In The USA?
I want to go and live in California, but I went on the Green Card Lottery Program and this year and subsequent the United Kingdom is not an eligible country. I need to speak with a Immigration Lawyer about moving.
Please could you provide links, places to travel and prices to see one.

You don't have need of anything but your wits to live here.
Get yourself an entry visa, then go underground. You can probably live here for years undetected long as you keep a low profile.
If you live in the UK, then I can assume you're educated and hold a job. It will be easier for you to live here in the USA. But first, you have to come for a call on on a Visa, and get a job. Then use your employer's appreciation of your work to ask them to help you to grasp a Green Card. It may not work out, but it might. You don't know until you take the risk.
Be aware that employers need to know up front that you will want them to return with you your Green Card. Not telling them that up front is a sure way to get fired when they find out.

first you stipulation to apply for an entry visa to the US.
