It doesn't work that way. If you are in the United States and your I-94 say it's time to leave then you really have to disappear. Going to Canada or Mexico for a week or two of vacation and then coming back to the United States will not win you readmitted for another 6 months. It's going to look painfully obvious to the CBP Officer that you are trying to live in the United States on a tourist visa.
